How It Works

Register and verify your identity
Visit the Tulz website, sign up, and verify your identity with Smart-ID or another secure verification method. The process takes just a few minutes.

Choose an item and start renting
Once your identity is confirmed and a payment card is added, select the item you need and start your rental. We offer trusted brands like Makita and Kärcher. For new customers, a 50 EUR security deposit is held and released after the item is returned. The rental starts when you begin the reservation and is tracked automatically until the item is returned.

Automatic payment
Payment is charged automatically after the item is returned, or every 24 hours for longer rentals – no manual payments needed. Rates are calculated per minute (e.g. 0.05 €/min), and the 24h rate is applied automatically once the total reaches it, so you never pay more than the 24h rate per day.

Good to know:

• All orders require a prepayment of €50, which is charged at the time of reservation. If there is any remaining balance after the rental period, it will be refunded. Prepayment for trusted users is €10
• No late fees – the rental fee is calculated automatically until the item is returned.
• Damage insurance is available (theft is not covered).
